Comprised of real estate managers, project developers, operators and investors from the United States and Germany, STROBE Capital unites the perspectives of both investment and management in a single firm.
STROBE Capital is a global partnership with an experienced investment and finance team and proven track records across a diverse range of real estate properties and manufacturing industries.
Unlike other funds which are typically managed by investors or operators of real estate, STROBE combines both skillsets within its platform. STROBE invests in real estate through the acquisition and recapitalization of properties as well as various high-yield lending opportunities. By investing throughout the capital stack, STROBE is able to make sound investments through all parts of the economic cycle.

STROBE builds on speed, thoroughness and investment flexibility. By investing across the entire capital structure (senior/mezzanine/equity) and all asset classes, STROBE avoids typical cluster risks. A combination of conservative leverage and limited risk is deeply rooted in the company's philosophy: safety-oriented investments in core and core-plus projects have always delivered highly predictable cash flows. STROBE itself defines this as follows: STROBE enters into investments that combine stable predictable cash flows with calculable risk and conservative leverage. As a result, returns can be achieved even in difficult cycle phases.
