This includes both an 84-year old automotive company and 70-year old real estate development and management firm, as well as 75+ years of principal investing experience in all asset classes of real estate. Together, we have invested more than $1 billion in commercial real estate. The individual and collective expertise provide STROBE and its partners a substantial advantage in sourcing, structuring, developing, leasing, and operating real estate.

Existing relationships with landowners, brokers, lenders and tenants allow STROBE to acquire land and existing buildings below market value or with a greatly reduced risk resulting from significant pre-leasing, as many of our projects include some level of pre-leasing to tenants with good credit ratings. This provides a higher degree of certainty in terms of both cash flows and returns to investors.

STROBE emphasizes responsiveness, diligence and investment flexibility. By investing across the capital structure and across asset classes, often entering into pre-acquisition agreements with strong tenants, STROBE is able to mitigate typical risks faced by other investors/owners/funds. STROBE has extensive experience investing at all points in the real estate cycle, which provides the opportunity to achieve solid returns in all markets.

STROBE targets investments that produce safer and more predictable cash flows for its investors. These investments are structured based on certainty of cash flow with limited downside and always with conservative leverage. This gives STROBE the ability to maintain ample returns even in down markets.
